Sofia Sachouli is a Clinical Dietitian and Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders & Obesity, currently self-employed since 2014. Sofia completed a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from International Hellenic University, followed by a Master of Science in Clinical and Public Health Nutrition from UCL. They also pursued further education at the National Centre for Eating Disorders, obtaining a Master Practitioner qualification in Foods, Nutrition, and Wellness Studies. During their time as a Thesis Student, Sofia conducted research on bone density in young women, contributing to the field of nutrition and health.
