Steve Hewett

Steve Hewett has extensive experience in the fields of accounting and information technology, with a career spanning several decades. Beginning as an Accounting Controller at ADM Feed Co. from June 1976 to January 1988, Hewett then served as a Senior Internal Auditor at Cargill for a brief period before taking on the role of Senior Manager of Information Technology at Ocean Spray Cranberries from January 1988 until retirement in May 2017. In this capacity, Hewett managed a team focused on the cross-functional integration of business processes, master data, project management, process improvements, and Enterprise Resource Planning software. Since December 2019, Hewett has been self-employed as a consultant specializing in project readiness assessment. Hewett earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin in 1974.
