Steve Sons

Steve Sons is an independent management consultant based in the Raleigh-Durham area, specializing in leadership, employee relations, and organizational development. Since 2016, they have provided strategic consulting to healthcare professionals, focusing on improving interpersonal skills and overall effectiveness. Prior to this role, Steve served as Vice President of HR Operations at GSK, where they led initiatives in inclusion and diversity, workforce analytics, and employee relations for three decades. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Central Oklahoma and began their academic journey at Southeastern State University.
