Tani Trejo

Tani Trejo has extensive experience in educational therapy and social work, beginning with a role as a Medical Social Worker at Hospice at Charlotte from 1995 to 2000, where Tani assessed psychosocial needs and provided counseling. Following this, Tani served as a Homeschool Educator from 2005 to 2017, leading academic training for students and ensuring state standards were met. In 2017, Tani became a Summer Clinician at Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes, focusing on individualized instruction for clients with learning needs. Since 2019, Tani has worked as an Academic Resource Therapist at Covenant Day School, collaborating with faculty to support student learning. Additionally, Tani has been a self-employed Educational Therapist since 2017, providing one-on-one instruction based on student assessments. Tani holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Taylor University and a Master’s in Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
