Tom Lias is an independent consultant with over thirty years of experience in the floralculture industry, managing and developing companies that provide plant and floral products and services. They have served as Vice President and General Manager at multiple firms, including Plantworks and International Plantworks, focusing on interior landscaping and project management for large installations. Tom has a strong background in sales management, having led teams to achieve substantial growth in national sales, particularly within the corporate sector. They studied Business at the University of Pittsburgh and briefly engaged in Religion and Philosophy at Otterbein College.
