Walter Luker

Walter Luker is an Independent Consultant specializing in asset risk management and security risk audits since 2019. Prior to this, they served as CEO of AXA MATRIX Risk Consultants, overseeing quality risk engineering services and supporting significant clients until their retirement in 2013. Walter has held various roles in risk management since the 1960s, including Senior Vice President of Mead Loss Control and positions within The Mead Corporation and the Factory Insurance Association. They are also a veteran, having served in the United States Marine Corps as a Captain from 1963 to 1972. Walter studied Manufacturing and Industrial Technology at Tennessee Technological University, earning a BS degree in 1965.
