Conscious Future Institute is a strategic foresight practice founded on a vision: the unlimited potential of human consciousness at the centre of leadership.

Since 2017, we have worked with senior leaders in institutional and organisational settings across the world — developing and applying Conscious Foresight, a methodology that blends human consciousness and intuitive intelligence into futures thinking and strategic decision-making.

The present paradigm in strategic foresight excludes the inner dimension of the leader: the depth of purpose, presence, and ability to perceive what is emerging before it is visible in the data. Conscious Foresight addresses this directly.

Our work takes three forms: private strategic advisory for senior institutional leaders; leadership retreats for teams navigating complexity; and commissioned foresight contributions for think tanks and strategic foresight bodies.

Conscious Future Institute is the institutional home of founder Nathalie Coral Lepeltier — Strategic Foresight Advisor, author of two published books on conscious leadership and future visioning, and speaker at the United Nations Geneva and Expo 2020 Dubai. Her forthcoming book on Conscious Foresight and Quantum Leadership will be launched in Dubai in november 2026.
