Immersive wellbeing experiences for individuals and corporate groups that restore physical energy, mental clarity and a sense of joy and aliveness.

In a world that moves faster than our nervous systems can keep up with, we’ve developed a transformative approach to wellbeing that supports a full reset - physically, mentally and emotionally.

Return to life with renewed focus and energy so decisions can be made from a clear headspace and output is sustainable, rather than boom & bust cycles that burn you out 😩

Our highly skilled practitioners specialise in healing, embodiment and transformational wellbeing modalities that break the cycle of autopilot and rewire your mind through:

✨ Nervous system regulation - moving out of fight-or-flight and back into safety
✨ Mental Clarity - thinking clearly again, without overwhelm or mental fog
✨ Perspective - stepping back to see what actually matters
✨ Relief - a release, like putting down something you didn’t realise you were carrying

Conscious KINship is the wellbeing arm of KIN Property Group, founded by Kerren McNamara after years of working in corporate environments, building and scaling businesses and navigating the pressures of raising a family while operating at full capacity. Through her own experience of burnout and recovery, she came to a simple realisation: modern life doesn’t just require rest - it requires spaces that actively shift how you feel so you can reconnect to your true sense of self.

This insight became the foundation of Conscious KINship: creating experiences that go beyond relaxation, offering a genuine and meaningful shift in your state of being.

We work with individuals and corporate groups to deliver experiences that transform the way people live, work and show up every day 🌿
