Stéphane Eustache

Stéphane Eustache is a Maître des requêtes at the Conseil d'État, a position held since 2025, and a rapporteur for the Commission supérieure de codification and an educator at the Ministère de la Justice. Previously, Stéphane served as an administrative magistrate at various tribunals, including the Tribunal administratif de Paris and the Cour administrative d'appel de Douai, from 2012 to 2021. Stéphane also shared expertise as a co-director for magistrate recruitment preparation at Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne from 2013 to 2018 and held several other roles in public service and academia. Stéphane holds a Master’s degree in public affairs from Sciences Po, awarded with distinction.
