Sylvain Mathieu is a seasoned public servant with extensive experience in housing and urban policy. They served as Délégué interministériel à l'hébergement et à l'accès au logement for the State from 2014 to 2024 and held various leadership roles at the Mairie de Paris and the Centre d'Action Sociale de la Ville de Paris between 2006 and 2012.
