David Boemo

David Boemo is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Consello.

Previously, David was the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Corporate Partners. Prior to joining Corporate Partners in 2011, David was the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Tri-Artisan Partners, a privately held merchant bank engaged in principal investment and corporate finance advisory activity.

From 1997 to 2008, David served in various roles at ABN AMRO and acquired operations of ING Barings. During his tenure, he held several senior management roles, including Chief Financial Officer – North America and was a member of the bank’s Regional Management Committee. David managed a large and diverse group of finance professionals in addition to providing transitional leadership and financial expertise related to ABN AMRO’s acquisitions and divestitures.

Prior to joining ABN AMRO, David was a Vice President and Controller of the Corporate Trust Division of Bankers Trust Company and a Manager in the Financial Services Audit Practice of Ernst & Young.

David is a Certified Public Accountant and has an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.S. from Montclair State University.
