Adam Varon

Adam Varon has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over three decades. Adam started their career as an Accounting Manager at MCA Records in 1993 before moving on to various leadership roles in the music and entertainment industry. Adam served as the Senior Director of Business Operations at EMI Music Catalog Marketing and EMI Special Markets, where they managed operational activities and oversaw sales. Varon then joined EMI Music Marketing as the Vice President of Business Affairs and Administration, responsible for P&L management and licensing initiatives. Adam later became the Vice President of Business Development and Business Operations, expanding and managing a shared services division with a $250M budget. Varon also held leadership positions at VENTURA ENTERTAINMENT / VENTURA DISTRIBUTION, VeriSign, Fox Mobile Distribution, Beach Road Music, A2V Consulting, and j2 Global, where they served as a Senior Vice President of Finance. In their roles at j2 Global, they oversaw operational finance, drove M&A due diligence, led strategic planning, implemented process improvements, and managed financial planning and analysis. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President of Finance at Consensus Cloud Solutions.

Adam Varon attended California State University, Northridge from 1983-1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting Theory & Practice. Adam also holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from California State University, Northridge. Additionally, Adam Varon is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of California.
