Audrey Priolo

Audrey L. Priolo is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience across multiple legal roles. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel and formerly as Senior Corporate Counsel at Consensus Cloud Solutions since September 2021, Audrey has a strong background in litigation and corporate law. Previous positions include In-House Counsel at American LegalNet, and attorney roles at Magnanimo & Dean, LLP and Zinder & Koch, where significant involvement in civil defense and plaintiff cases was demonstrated. Audrey’s foundational experience includes a legal summer internship at Media Access Project and research assistance at Southwestern Law School. Academically, Audrey holds a Juris Doctorate from Southwestern University School of Law, a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Broadcasting from the University of Nebraska, and a minor in Economics from the University of Oxford. Audrey is a member of both the California State Bar and the Maryland State Bar.
