Fernando Martinez

Fernando Martinez is currently working as a Lead Software Development Engineer at Consensus Cloud Solutions. Fernando started in October 2021 through a contract with Iconoi S.A. and Looi Consulting (USA).

Prior to their current role, Fernando worked as a Lead Software Engineer at J2 Global from March 2019 to October 2021. Fernando was also involved in a contract through Iconoi S.A. and Looi Consulting (USA).

Before that, Fernando worked independently as a Software Engineer, focusing on architecture, design, programming, and implementation of Android apps and .NET web services. This role was part of their work with Iconoi S.A. and lasted from February 2017 to March 2019.

Fernando Martinez has a diverse education history. Fernando obtained a Diploma in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley in 1997. Prior to that, they studied at the Universidad de Los Andes from 1981 to 1986, earning a degree in Systems Engineering with a focus on information technology, networks, and software development. Fernando completed their academic education at Liceo Frances Louis Pasteur, where they received a Bachiller degree. Additionally, Fernando obtained various certifications, including ones in Big Data, Game Programming, Leadership, Financial Modeling, Fundraising, and Social Sector Leadership. Fernando also holds certifications in IT management, project management, and systems architecture.
