Karel Krulich

Karel Krulich has extensive work experience in the finance and accounting field. Karel most recently worked as the Vice President, Corporate Controller at Consensus Cloud Solutions since August 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Corporate Controller at Mission Bio from June 2020 to August 2022. Karel also held the position of Director, SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting at Twist Bioscience from June 2019 to June 2020. Before transitioning to the corporate sector, Karel worked at EY for over 20 years, holding various senior managerial roles in assurance and professional practice.

Karel Krulich holds a Master of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the Prague University of Economics and Business. Karel is also a certified CPA by the California Board of Accountancy.
