Sam McIntyre

Sam (Stephanie) McIntyre has extensive experience in customer service and resolution management, holding the position of Lead Resolution Specialist at both Consensus Cloud Solutions (Nasdaq: CCSI) and J2 Global since March 2014. Prior to these roles, Sam worked as a Resolution Specialist and Customer Service Representative for J2 Global. Earlier experience includes a position as a Crew Member at McDonald's Canada from April 2012 to March 2014. Sam holds a Business degree from St. Lawrence College, acquired between 2011 and 2013.
