Steven Banks, CRCR, currently serves as the Business Development Channel Manager for Healthcare at Consensus Cloud Solutions since October 2022, contributing to the advancement of interoperable digital cloud technology. Prior to this role, Steven held the position of Associate Director of Business Development at the Joint Commission Center for Transforming Healthcare, focusing on empowering healthcare organizations to achieve zero harm through high-reliability practices. Steven also served as Regional Vice President at Culbert Healthcare Solutions, where the focus was on meeting the unique needs of healthcare organizations. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Business Development at MedData, enhancing patient experiences and financial outcomes, and functioning as Enterprise Account Executive at Emdeon, streamlining administrative functions for payer and provider customers. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management and Marketing from Elizabethtown College.
