Johannes Hecker is a seasoned executive with a diverse background in operations, strategy, and revenue management. They led strategy and sales operations at Google Cloud from 2020 to 2022, driving significant growth in international enterprise sales. Prior to that, Johannes served as Group COO at Retarus for 18 years, overseeing global sales and performance management in the information logistics sector. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Revenue Officer and Executive Vice President of Operations at both eFax® and Consensus Cloud Solutions, where they continue to drive business success. Johannes’s education includes studies at Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences, the University of Virginia, and Richard Bland College.
