David Sargeant is an independent health and adult social care consultant with extensive leadership experience in health and social care, having served as the Director of Adult Social Care in three local authorities. They held board-level roles such as NHS Director of Strategic Commissioning and are an experienced Care and Health Improvement Advisor at the Local Government Association. David has a proven track record in health and social care commissioning, integration, and emergency planning, along with leadership roles in safeguarding adults and sector-led peer reviews. They earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies from Kingston University and a BA(Hons) in Social Work from Lancaster University.
