Lisa Florio

Lisa Florio is a seasoned Safeguarding and Risk Manager currently at Consensus, drawing on significant experience in the hospital and health care industry. They previously served as a Safeguarding Team Leader at North Herts Council and held various roles at Accomplish Group, including Safeguarding & Quality Lead. Lisa started their career as an Instructor at Cygnet Health Care and later worked as a Care Worker at Quality Home Care. They are a graduate of the University of Surrey, where they are continuing their education.
