Michael Tsur is a negotiation and crisis management specialist with extensive experience in training and advisory roles across various sectors. As the founder of Shakla & Tariya since November 2013, Michael established the first comprehensive program for professional negotiation training, promoting the recognition of negotiation specialists. In addition, Michael serves as the Associate Director at Consensus, where responsibilities include leading activities in the security sector, providing training and advisory services to security agencies and military offices globally. Prior to these roles, Michael founded and served as General Director of the Mediation & Conflict Resolution Institute from January 1996 to January 2002. Michael holds an Associate's Degree in the Multi-disciplinary Program for Negotiation Specialists from Shakla & Tariya (2013-2014) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from The College of Management Academic Studies (1990-1994).
