Ted Gerber

Ted consults to clients on negotiation and mediation issues, leadership development initiatives, and talent development engagements. He works with clients in a variety of industries across North America, Latin America, Europe, and Africa. Ted’s work includes consulting with senior leaders, divisional managers, sales executives, and other sophisticated professionals. He leads training workshops, performs executive coaching, and facilitates planning sessions and off-site retreats.

Prior to joining Consensus, Ted lead workshop engagements for other training providers. He is a former partner of Decision Processes International, an international process-consulting firm focusing on business strategy and product innovation. He also was head of U.S. Business Operations for Krauthammer International, an international executive development, training, and consulting firm, where he worked with organizations to improve their business decision-making.
