Daniel Garcia is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in support management and operations within the blockchain and IT industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global HelpDesk at Consensys, Daniel oversees support teams for MetaMask and other blockchain solutions. Previous roles include Operations Manager at Tek Experts, where oversight was provided for Premium Support and US Government accounts, and Regional Premium Support Manager at both Micro Focus and Hewlett-Packard, where focus on team development and customer-centric management strategies was emphasized.
