Daniel Rocha is a seasoned technical lead and software engineer with extensive experience in system design and applied cryptography. Currently serving as Technical Lead at Consensys, Daniel focuses on enhancing user experience at MetaMask through innovative account structures. Previously, Daniel played a pivotal role at Ledger as a Software Architect, designing secure backend solutions, and led firmware development for hardware security modules. Daniel's expertise extends back to Gemalto, where contributions included leading the development of a Key Management System, as well as engaging in research during formative roles at Renault and Alcatel-Lucent. Daniel holds an Engineer's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from CentraleSupélec and a Master of Engineering from Paris-Sud University, alongside a foundational Engineer's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Federal University of Ceara.
