Dror Avieli

Dror Avieli has a range of work experience spanning several decades. Dror currently works at ConsenSys as the Managing Director & VP Customer Success, where they lead the Customer Success organization and is involved in various aspects such as availability and security management, customer support, and partner management. Dror is also a member of the company's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council. Prior to ConsenSys, Dror worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where they held multiple roles, including VP Customer Success and Director of Customer Success SaaS. Dror has also worked at Mercury as a Senior Technical Account Manager and at SeeRun Corp as the Service Engineering Group Director. Dror's early work experience includes serving in the Israel Defense Forces as a Deputy Commander in an Armored Battalion.

Dror Avieli completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Reichman University from 1996 to 2000. In 2017, they also attended Harvard Business School for a short-term program in Business Administration and Management, earning a GMP.
