Erik Marks

Erik Marks has work experience in the field of software engineering and program management. Erik started their career as a Software Engineering Intern at ConsenSys in June 2018. After completing their internship, they worked as a Full Stack Engineer, focusing on building MetaMask and finalizing EIP-1193 from June 2019 to June 2020. Erik then took on the role of Senior Full Stack Engineer at ConsenSys from June 2020 to January 2022. Currently, they are a Lead Full Stack Engineer at ConsenSys as of January 2022. Prior to their role at ConsenSys, Erik worked briefly at Survey.com as a Client Program Manager from April 2016 to December 2016.

Erik Marks holds a Master's Degree in Computer and Information Technology from the University of Pennsylvania, obtained from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Cultural Anthropology at Hamilton College from 2011 to 2015. Erik also attended Österänggymnasiet from 2006 to 2009, where they completed their High School degree in the Natural Sciences Program. In addition to their formal education, Erik has obtained certifications in computational thinking and data science, as well as computer science and programming using Python from edX in 2017.
