Kevin Bluer

Kevin Bluer has extensive experience in the technology industry, with a focus on software development, blockchain, and web applications. Kevin currently works as the Lead Blockchain Engineer at ConsenSys. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Technology Officer at Nest.vc, where they were responsible for the development and management of various applications and collaborated on technical due diligence for potential investments. Kevin also co-founded Hong Kong JavaScript & Node.js, bringing together the developer community and organizing events. Kevin has taught courses as a Senior Instructor at General Assemb.ly, covering topics such as web development and mobile application development. Additionally, Kevin has worked as the Chief Technology Officer at Bluer & Company, a software consultancy, and has held positions at MTV Networks, Cognizant Technology Solutions, and The Royal Bank of Scotland.

Kevin Bluer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Computer Science from the University of Reading. Kevin then pursued an Executive Master of Science in Technology Management at Columbia University from 2009 to 2011. In 2022, Kevin attended the ConsenSys Management Program. Additionally, they obtained certifications as an AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate and an AWS Certified Developer Associate from Amazon Web Services in 2020 and 2019 respectively. Kevin also holds a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
