Marcos has extensive work experience in operations and strategy roles in the Web3 industry. Marcos started their career with Ignite International as an Operations Lead and later joined EVM Labs as an Ops Lead, where they organized the first-of-its-kind NFT Gallery & Nightlife event. Marcos then worked as a Head of Operations at Wgmi and EVM Fund, where they implemented strategies for scalable growth, managed budgets, and built relationships with vendors in the web3 and traditional finance industries. Marcos also contributed to the operations and strategy of various events and educational initiatives in the Web3 space, such as DevCon Bogotá and #CampBUIDL by ETHDenver. Currently, they are working at Consensys as an Operations Lead in their Accelerator Fellowship program and as a Developer Community Ops Lead. Marcos is known for their ability to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and build strong teams.

Marcos has a Certificate in International Business from UCLA, a Certificate in Decentralized Finance from DeFi Masterclass w/ Anand Iyer & Kedric Van de Carr, and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental and Public Sanitation Engineering from Universidade de Taubaté.
