Thomas Koch

Thomas Koch has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Thomas currently serves as the Technical Support Lead for EMEA at ConsenSys. Prior to this, they worked at Micro Focus as the Premium Support Manager, leading a team responsible for delivering premium services and support to major software accounts in the DACH region. Before that, Thomas was the HP Software Support Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where they managed a global team of support engineers for Network Automation and Network Node Manager i.

Thomas also held various management positions at HP, including the role of Software Support Delivery Manager, where they managed teams of engineers supporting Cloud Service Automation, Operation Orchestration, and Server Automation. Thomas was also responsible for managing a global team of support engineers for Project and Portfolio Management (PPM).

Earlier in their career, Thomas worked as the PPM Global Lead Engineer at Mercury Interactive, gaining extensive knowledge in PPM modules and advanced configurations. Thomas also worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Parametric Technology Corporation, providing dedicated support to large accounts and assisting with technical troubleshooting.

Thomas's experience also includes working as an IT Consultant at Falkirk Enterprise Action Trust, where they were involved in developing an E-commerce business suite and providing recommendations for hardware, software, and network solutions.

Throughout their career, Thomas has consistently focused on delivering world-class support services and improving the customer experience.

Thomas Koch received their Bachelor of Science degree in Organisational Management from the University of Gothenburg, where they studied Organisational Analysis, Leadership and Strategy, Marketing, Investment Analysis, Economics, and Mathematics. Thomas later pursued a Master of Science degree in Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of Stirling, specializing in Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Launching a New Venture, Business Strategy, Venture Management, and Financial Management.
