Tony D.

Tony D. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research, governance, and investment banking. Currently serving as the Head of Research at Consensys since January 2024, Tony has been the Chair of the Board of Directors at Canadian Administrator of VRS (CAV), Inc. from 2015 until May 2024, contributing to the delivery of video relay services in Canada. As the Founder and President of D'Onofrio Advisory, established in 2017, Tony provides strategic advice on corporate governance and stakeholder engagement. In addition, Tony holds the position of Director of Board Engagement & Head of Research at the Canadian Coalition for Good Governance, advocating for effective board oversight in ESG matters. Previous roles include Managing Director at TD Securities, board positions at St. Joseph's Health Centre and Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Toronto, and significant contributions in various committees. Tony D. holds a Bachelor's and an MBA from York University's Schulich School of Business, along with a Director's Education Program certification from the Institute of Corporate Directors and the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management.
