Libby Smith

Libby Smith is a seasoned HR leader currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Global Head of Human Resources at Consero Global, where they lead the global People strategy across North America and India. Previously, Libby held roles such as Senior Director at Hilton, Senior Manager at Ernst and Young, and Military Police Officer in the US Army. They also contribute to the community as a Board Member for Girls on the Run of Northern Virginia. Libby earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA in Organization and Management from Emory University's Goizueta Business School.
