Associate Vice President Of Operations at ConServe

Christopher Gent has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Christopher started their career at Eastman Kodak in 1991 as a Supervisor, managing multiple manufacturing areas and coordinating resources to increase productivity. After their time at Eastman Kodak, they joined Pioneer Credit Recovery in 2004 as a Manager, overseeing consumer communication, designing departmental reports, and training new employees. In 2009, they moved to Houghton College as an Assistant Director, managing accounts receivable and handling student accounts. Currently, they are working at ConServe as the Associate Vice President of Operations, where they oversee training, manages clients, and contributes to process improvements.

Christopher Gent earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Management from Rochester Institute of Technology. Christopher then went on to complete their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Houghton University. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.
