Stephen Apt

Stephen Apt has extensive experience in organizational development and technical support spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Organizational Development Program Administrator at ConServe since June 2016, Stephen oversees the company's Learning Management System. Previously, as a Technical Services Consultant at RTM Consulting, Inc. from January 2014 to August 2016, Stephen specialized in consulting services for technical support centers and service delivery. Stephen held dual roles as Product Manager for Microsoft Official E-Learning at SkillSoft from August 2006 to March 2013, and served as Director of Technical Support and Training at Danka Office Imaging from January 1989 to November 2004, where responsibilities included managing technical support for high-speed printing systems. Stephen's career began at Eastman Kodak, advancing from Field Engineer to Product Support Manager, contributing to service business functions and team management. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance and Education from Carnegie Mellon University.
