Anna Kaiser

Anna Kaiser is an experienced professional specializing in human resources, talent acquisition, and employer branding. Currently serving as Kontorsansvarig at Consid since February 2023, Anna oversees office effectiveness and is a key member of the national Employer Branding team, focusing on cultivating a strong employer profile. Previous roles include Head of HR at CoreChange AB, where Anna developed the HR function from the ground up, and HR & Recruitment for Region Väst at Consid AB, concentrating on IT sector talent acquisition. Additionally, Anna has led group fitness sessions at Friskis&Svettis, mentored students at Högskolan Väst, and has extensive experience in recruitment processes and personnel management across various companies, including Framtiden and Gina Tricot. Anna holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Karlstad University and has credentials from the Swedish Handball Federation.
