Filippa Ahlcrona

Filippa Ahlcrona is an experienced professional currently serving as a representative in the Diversity Council and Head of Q by Consid International at Consid since September 2022. In the role within the Diversity Council, Filippa is responsible for decision-making on internal initiatives, conducting diversity surveys, and implementing measures to enhance diversity. As Head of Q by Consid, Filippa leads strategic and operational efforts involving over 40 Q representatives across four countries, focusing on equality and inclusion in the tech industry. Filippa's prior experience includes roles in HR and IT recruitment, as well as various positions in the retail sector, including store manager at Starbucks, where Filippa achieved the highest revenue among all Norwegian locations. Filippa holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Lund University and is pursuing further education in Agile Leadership and Change Management at Consid.
