Jakob Persson

Jakob Persson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fields of strategy, marketing, user experience, and service design. As the founder of Leancept since August 2013, Jakob has led consultancy projects focused on customer experience and digital strategies, working with notable clients such as Eniro as the UX Design Lead. Currently, Jakob serves as a Senior Interaction Designer at Consid, collaborating with truck manufacturer Scania, and co-founded Zingsight, where innovative products like Elately are being developed. Jakob’s prior experience includes roles as a business consultant, co-founder of NodeOne, and owner of both Webbredaktören and Tesseract Media, highlighting a deep commitment to web development and design. Educational backgrounds include a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science from Linköping University and a Bachelor of Science in Media Technology from Blekinge Institute of Technology.
