Max Walter

Max Walter has a diverse range of work experience. Max started their career as a Software Engineer at Atex Polopoly in 2009, where they worked on their master's thesis focused on web content management systems. After that, they completed an internship at Polopoly, during which they evaluated different content management solutions and made suggestions for a more user-centered design process.

Max then worked as a Personal Coach at Ericsson, assisting with the migration from Windows 2000 to Windows Vista. Max coached individuals on using the new operating system and conducted seminars on working efficiently with Windows Vista.

In 2009, Max became a Strategic Advisor at Metamatrix AB, where they provided consulting and coaching to organizations in web development, user experience, project management, and web analytics. Max also worked as a Senior Digital Analyst, focusing on digital analytics, SEO, and social media analytics for various organizations. In addition, they were an instructor and coach in web analytics, digital analytics, and search engine optimization, running both on-site and remote courses.

Max also has experience as a Project Manager, managing web development, UX, and existing website projects. Max worked as a Senior Interaction Designer, conducting UX research and designing websites, intranets, and e-services for government agencies and corporations. Furthermore, Max served as a Board Member for a period of three years.

Additionally, Max worked as an Advisor and Partner at Xade Software, providing guidance and expertise in various areas. Max also has experience as a freelance writer, having written computer books for beginners and articles for advanced users.

Lastly, Max worked as a Lab Assistant at KTH, The Royal Institute of Technology, where they tutored students in programming and written communication courses.

Max Walter completed their M.Sc. in Computer Science from the KTH Royal Institute of Technology from 2004 to 2009. Prior to that, they attended Norra Real from 2001 to 2003. Furthermore, Max also attended the Military Intelligence School for a year in 2003.
