Oskar Fredlander

Oskar Fredlander currently serves as Teamlead HR/Recruitment for Region Nord at Consid, overseeing the HR and recruitment team and holding national responsibility for sales recruitment. Oskar has extensive experience in human resources, having been responsible for recruitment and onboarding within the sales organization at Consid, as well as previously working as a Search Consultant at MADE FOR, where Oskar managed the recruitment process. Prior roles include sales positions at Alewalds and Hanson Sport AB, and leadership roles at Solhaug Rusforebyggingssenter. Oskar's educational background includes a degree focused on personnel and labor issues from Uppsala University.
