Emma Bain is an experienced professional in the IT sector, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager and previously as an IT Technician at Consider IT since May 2017. Prior to this, Emma held the position of Support Analyst at Leys Business Services from July 2014 to May 2017, where responsibilities expanded from 1st line support to include 2nd line support, with notable experience in server and Cisco switch management, as well as involvement in migrations to MS Dynamics. Emma began a career in customer service at SCOTMID Ltd from August 2012 to July 2014. Currently pursuing a BA (Honours) in History at The Open University, Emma also holds an HND in Computing: Technical Support from North East Scotland College.
