Jay McCauley

Jay McCauley has a diverse work experience spanning over several years in various roles. Jay started their career in 2012 as a Healthcare Recruiter at Maxim Staffing Solutions. Jay then moved on to WilsonHCG as a Sourcing Specialist, where they successfully sourced and recruited candidates for multiple industries. In 2014, they worked as an HR Admin (Contractor) at MedSolutions, a medical cost management company. In 2015, they joined Flatstack as a Client Success Manager and achieved remarkable success in revenue growth and account management. Currently, Jay holds the position of Senior Customer Success Manager at Consider, an AI sourcing and recruiting product. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong skills in client management, revenue projection, and achieving record-breaking revenue growth.

Jay McCauley attended Purdue University and obtained a Bachelor of Liberal Studies/Business Marketing degree.
