Ralph Rabbat

Ralph Rabbat is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in engineering and analytics within major organizations. As the Founder and COO of Consider since January 2017, Ralph creates AI solutions for sourcing and recruiting. In parallel, Ralph leads predictive analytics at Uber, focusing on real-time forecasting and machine learning. Prior roles include Director of Engineering at Yahoo, where Ralph oversaw content systems, and Senior Director of Cloud Analytics at Nook, managing data processes and behavioral analytics. Ralph's career also includes significant contributions as Chief Architect at Searchme and various engineering positions at Yahoo! and Basis Technology Corp. Ralph holds a PhD in Computer Science and a MS in Information Technology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, alongside a BS in Computer and Communication Engineering from the American University of Beirut.
