Rustann Steele

Rustann Steele is the owner of ConsidraCare, providing compassionate home care services in Guelph, Kitchener, and surrounding areas. They have served as HR Manager Compliance Specialist at Raise since 2021. Their work with ConsidraCare aligns with a mission to promote independence and dignity through exceptional care. Their education includes a Real Estate Salesperson Diploma from Humber College (2020–2022); Medical Office Management/Administration from Centennial College (1994–1996); Project Management from Durham College (2005); a Business Administration degree with a concentration in Management, Human Resources Management and Services from McMaster University (2015–2017); and Personal Support Work from Centennial College (2003–2004).
