Brandon Smith has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Brandon began their career in 2009 as a Cadet with the U.S. Army, where they gained leadership and team-building skills. Following this, they worked as a CAD Engineer at The Select Group and as a Project Engineer at The Bell Company, where they oversaw compliance and maintained project schedules. In 2017, they joined the US Army Corps of Engineers as a Project Manager and Mechanical Engineer. In this role, they managed construction projects and provided technical direction.

Brandon also has experience in the private sector, having worked as an Assistant Project Manager at MFS Engineers & Surveyors and as a Project Manager at MFS Construction. In these positions, they oversaw construction projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and scheduling.
