Charles Payson is a senior at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Building and Construction Technology and expected to graduate in 2024. Charles has balanced academic responsibilities with Division One football, acquiring valuable lessons and skills applicable to the workplace. Previously, they gained experience as an Assistant Estimator/Project Manager and Estimating Intern at Consigli Construction Co., Inc., as well as working as an Assistant Driller at Northern Drill Service Inc. Additionally, extensive volunteer and mentoring experiences have further shaped their strong work ethic.
