Frank Xia

Frank Xia is a seasoned project manager and civil engineer with extensive experience in the construction industry. They began their career as a Civil/Structural Engineer III at Black & Veatch from 2014 to 2017 and later took on roles at CIANBRO, progressing from Assistant Project Manager to Project Manager for Buildings from 2017 to 2023. Currently, Frank serves as a Senior Project Manager at Consigli Construction Co., Inc. and has held a Director position at A/Z Corporation since 2023. Frank is also pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at Northeastern University while having earned an MBA from Boston College in 2022.
