Gary Williams

Gary Williams is an accomplished construction professional currently serving as Project Executive at Consigli Construction Co., Inc., starting in April 2024. In this role, Gary focuses on enhancing the company's presence in Washington, DC, particularly in Central Virginia and the Tidewater markets. Prior to joining Consigli, Gary held several key positions, including Executive Vice President and Director of Construction at Dakota Partners, as well as various project management and leadership roles at KBS, Howard Shockey & Sons, FOCUS Construction Corporation, and The Shockey Precast Group. Gary holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia, completed between 1994 and 1998.
