Itala Keller

Itala Keller is an experienced human resources and organizational development professional currently serving as the Associate Manager of Organizational Development at Consigli Construction Co., Inc. since February 2022. In this role, Itala has developed tailored leadership plans and administered 360 assessments to enhance employee performance. Previously, at Cintas, Itala managed all HR functions and drove a people-first culture for a workforce of over 180 employees. With a background in consulting and account management, including work at Integrated Human Resources, Inc. and Pearl Meyer, Itala has consistently aligned HR strategies with business goals.
