Jesse Cardenas

Jesse Cardenas is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in various roles within the industry. Currently serving as a Project Superintendent at Consigli Construction Co., Inc. since July 2023, Jesse previously held multiple positions at Lendlease, including Superintendent II and Project Engineer, from November 2015 to August 2023, focusing on collaboration with subcontractors and knowledge of permit processes. Earlier experience includes serving as a Quality Control / BIM Coordinator at J. Kokolakis Contracting, Inc. from February 2013 to November 2015, where responsibilities included reviewing shop drawings, conducting quality control meetings, and managing project documentation. Jesse began a career in architecture as an Intern Architect at Bentel & Bentel Architects from September 2011 to May 2013, contributing to high-end hospitality projects and developing construction drawings. Jesse holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the New York Institute of Technology, obtained in 2013.
