Jonathan Nickerson

Jonathan Nickerson is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in estimation and project management. Currently serving as Chief Estimator for Consigli Construction Co., Inc. since April 2011, Jonathan leads the Mid-Atlantic office's estimating group. Previous roles include Senior Estimator and Estimator, focusing on preconstruction, budgets, and estimates for clients in New England and New York. Jonathan's career also includes positions as Client Services Manager at The Fulton Group, LLC., and Assistant Estimator/Assistant Superintendent at Shawmut Design and Construction. Jonathan began the career at Structure Tone as a Co-Op, gaining valuable experience in estimating and project management. Jonathan holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology and previously studied Construction Management Technology at the University of Maine Orono.
