Michael Baker

Michael Baker is an experienced construction professional with a strong background in project management and procurement. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Consigli Construction Co., Inc. since April 2014, Michael has also held roles as Assistant Special Projects Manager, Senior Purchaser, and Purchaser, where responsibilities included identifying bidders and prioritizing buyout processes. Prior experience includes working as an On-Call Firefighter/EMT with the Northbridge Fire Department for nearly a decade and serving as a Purchasing Agent II at PulteGroup, where Michael participated in feasibility assessments, product development, and managed significant project buyouts. An early career internship at Ceco Concrete Construction provided foundational project management experience. Michael holds both a Master of Science in Construction Project Management and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
